Item Condition

I grade products as honestly as possible and depict blemishes in both description and photos—please study them carefully. I tend to be overcritical and customers report items to be in better shape than expected often. From best condition to worst condition, my grading scale is as follows. Mint / near mint+ / near mint / excellent+ / excellent / great / very good / average / fair.

Description

The Criterium 69 was the first derailleur out of the Zeus Criterium 2000 gruppo.  It's largely designed after the Campagnolo Gran Sport / Record of the 1950's and 60's, and is a highly regarded and rare component.  It appears a bit higher quality than the Campy, with a finer polish, and better pulley design.

Condition

Mint barely used shape, possibly a take-off.   Pulleys are super smooth with no tooth wear.  Springs and pivots are tight and smooth.  No rust.  The only wear is a bit of chrome wear on the cable cinch bolt.  Zero scuffs/scrapes/scratches anywhere.  It does need a deeper clean to make it look brand new, but as it sits it's show worthy.

Sell / Trade / Donate

I'm always buying high end bikes, parts, accessories, memorabilia, etc. While I'm particularly seeking large piles of new old stock parts, used items in nice condition are welcome.
