Item Condition

I grade products as honestly as possible and depict blemishes in both description and photos—please study them carefully. I tend to be overcritical and customers report items to be in better shape than expected often. From best condition to worst condition, my grading scale is as follows. Mint / near mint+ / near mint / excellent+ / excellent / great / very good / average / fair.

Description

This wheelset is a great combination of some of the coolest parts available.  They start with White Brothers  hubs, laced to Mavic SUP 117 rims using alternating blue and purple anodized nipples.  They are rim brake only, and would be great for your retro mountain bike build.

*If anyone wants just the hubs and wants to save on shipping, I'll gladly send you just the hubs.  Same price as the wheels, but shipping will be our standard small item shipping price.  Just buy them and make a note/email, and I'll refund the difference in shipping.

Condition

Excellent very lightly used shape.  They're true as an arrow.  All spoke nipples turn freely, and tension is nice.  Hubs are smooth as butter, though the front sounds a bit dry.  moderate and even brake track wear.  Cosmetically excellent as well.  The hubs look near mint.  Rims have just a few marks in the anodizing here and there.

I'm always buying high end bikes, parts, accessories, memorabilia, etc. While I'm particularly seeking large piles of new old stock parts, used items in nice condition are welcome.
