Description

This is a three piece pre-1978 high flange hubset, featuring 120mm road spacing and highly polished center shell pieces. Three piece high flange Phil hubs are SUPER hard to find these days, and were cream of the crop in their day.  Making them even rarer is the fact that it's threaded for a multi-speed freewheel and not a track lockring. 

Condition

Great used condition.  Bearings are buttery smooth.  Center shell pieces look nice with only light marks.  Front hub's "Phil" decal has light wear, rear looks great.  Flanges have a good bit of spoke wear.  Not quite pristine show bike condition, but good enough for most riders.
