Item Condition

I grade products as honestly as possible and depict blemishes in both description and photos—please study them carefully. I tend to be overcritical and customers report items to be in better shape than expected often. From best condition to worst condition, my grading scale is as follows. Mint / near mint+ / near mint / excellent+ / excellent / great / very good / average / fair.

Description

Awesome aero seatpost from the late 1980's or early 1990's.  This is a later generation one, that has the new boxy Chorus logo.

Condition:

Very good to great used shape.  The "aero" section of the shaft looks amazing with a high polish, only some quite minor pitting.  That section is probably EXC to near mint.  Lots of insertion marks on the bottom half.  Clamp has some paint wear, if that's a problem you could replace them with nicer ones or repaint them.

I'm always buying high end bikes, parts, accessories, memorabilia, etc. While I'm particularly seeking large piles of new old stock parts, used items in nice condition are welcome.
