Description

Here's an odd configuration of an early Thompson X4, with an expander bolt and a 26mm road bike handlebar clamp!  Likely this was designed with dirt drop riders in mind. Though it could be great for clydesdales on roadies who need the ultimate stiffness available.

Thompson stem's are the strongest stems made!  The company's main endeavor is the aerospace industry, and their bicycle parts are made with the same strength requirements.
