I grade products as honestly as possible and depict blemishes in both description and photos—please study them carefully. Description

These brakes were used for both the Superbe and Superbe Pro groups.  Made by DIA COMPE for Suntour, these are considered among the best single pivot brakes made.  Similar in basic shape to Campagnolo Record, but better performance.  These were identified both as CB-4000 (marked 4000 on back of the arms) and the more common monkier CB-3100.  The levers are the CB2200 with undrilled blades and a simple Suntour S at the top.

Condition

Mint very lightly used shape, with the exception of drying hoods.  One is just starting to get dry, the other is dry but still flexible enough for use.  Calipers are super clean with hardly a mark, as are the lever blades.  Original pads are 85 to 90% life left.  O-rings on barrel adjusters in excellent shape.  Nice enough for show bikes!
