Description
Besides Brooks, Selle Anatomica saddles are the best leather saddles you can buy! Some like them even more than Brooks. They're great for those who need a cutout, or prefer a shorter break in time. The leather on these have a "watershed" treatment, which conditions the leather and makes it quite soft from day one. Infinitely softer than a brand new Brooks Pro. The underside is lined with synthetic material to protect the leather from splash, greatly improving durability.
This one is a slightly older model, from before they had the X-Series and T-series. Black leather, black chromoly rails/frame, brass rivets.
Condition
This one has something odd going on with the tensioning system at the nose. Somebody has zip tied a metal plate to the rails that now stops the tension bolt. This seems to work just fine in practice, it's certainly not right. I'm going to call this a not rideable saddle. Buy it for parts, buy it to repair. Otherwise it's in average shape.
