I grade products as honestly as possible and depict blemishes in both description and photos—please study them carefully. I tend to be overcritical and customers report items to be in better shape than expected often. From best condition to worst condition, my grading scale is as follows. Mint / near mint+ / near mint / excellent+ / excellent / great / very good / average / fair.

Description
Description
This is one of the earliest Rolf Vector Pro wheelsets! This model was Rolf's top level wheelset in the 90's. Wonderful wheelset for your high end 1990's to early 2000's road racing or cyclocross bike.
The very first ones circa 1996 had DT Hugi 240 hubs with the usual Hugi decals. Shortly later that year or the next (So I'm told) this version came out with still silver Hugi 240 hubs but now the simple Rolf logo and patent numbers in red appear. Later in the 90's the patent numbers are removed leaving only the Rolf decal and the hub becomes black. These early ones are tough to find.
Condition
Near mint lightly used shape! Bearings feel as new. Rims are very true with no hops and only tiny fractions of a millimeter horizontally out. Freehub body feels great and shows just the beginnings of cassette marks. Braking tracks show minimal use. Black finish and decals are almost show bike worthy, with just a handful of ano wear spots and blemishes here and there. The glued sew up tires show little tread wear, but have dry rot cracks in the tread from sitting for years. These should not be ridden, but are great for display purposes (which is why I left them on)

I'm always buying high end bikes, parts, accessories, memorabilia, etc. While I'm particularly seeking large piles of new old stock parts, used items in nice condition are welcome.
