Mid level race or training wheel from Rolf of Eugene, Oregon. The Aspin line uses technology from the high end Elan wheels, but just a bit heavier. These are so lightly used, it's like buying a new wheelset.
Condition
Mint, barely used condition. Less than 500 miles. Rims are completely true, bearings are buttery smooth with no grit. Very light brake track wear. Practically not a mark on the rims or hubs.
