I grade products as honestly as possible and depict blemishes in both description and photos—please study them carefully. I tend to be overcritical and customers report items to be in better shape than expected often. From best condition to worst condition, my grading scale is as follows. Mint / near mint+ / near mint / excellent+ / excellent / great / very good / average / fair.

Description
Description
There's not a ton of information on this stem, but it appears to be a late 1930's, 1940's, or 1950's stem made to fit a head clip headset. It is SUPER rare, and they rarely pop up on Ebay or even in photos. This is reportedly the first of the Girder stem design, with the likes of Diamant, Ambrosio and Schreen to follow.
The stem is a girder or H-beam design and has a twin bolt clamp.
Condition
Average used shape. Complete, cosmetic wear throughout

I'm always buying high end bikes, parts, accessories, memorabilia, etc. While I'm particularly seeking large piles of new old stock parts, used items in nice condition are welcome.
