Item Condition
I grade products as honestly as possible and depict blemishes in both description and photos—please study them carefully. I tend to be overcritical and customers report items to be in better shape than expected often. From best condition to worst condition, my grading scale is as follows. Mint / near mint+ / near mint / excellent+ / excellent / great / very good / average / fair.

Description
Description
Here's an ultra-rare, but damaged rear hub. In the 1970's Phil Wood released these hubs with one high flange and one low. The idea was the extra strength needed for the higher strains on the drive side, and to save weight with a small flange on the non-drive side.
*This one is fatally damaged. The large flange is seriously warped. I would NOT recommend trying to straighten and ride this. But, it would make an amazing decoration for your shop's glass case or your mantle. It would be great for art, to turn into an espresso tamper, salt shaker, etc.
Condition
Damaged flange! Do not ride. Phil logo looks nice, some corrosion on the shell (which is stainless steel, I'm not sure how it corroded!). Super smooth bearings.
Details
- 36 hole
- 120mm spacing

I'm always buying high end bikes, parts, accessories, memorabilia, etc. While I'm particularly seeking large piles of new old stock parts, used items in nice condition are welcome.
