Item Condition

I grade products as honestly as possible and depict blemishes in both description and photos—please study them carefully. I tend to be overcritical and customers report items to be in better shape than expected often. From best condition to worst condition, my grading scale is as follows. Mint / near mint+ / near mint / excellent+ / excellent / great / very good / average / fair.

Description

These are RARE 2009 Phil Wood 3.5 track hubs Phil released to celebrate their 38th anniversary.  The 3.5 stands for the diameter of the flanges, a whopping 3.5 inches!  These things were MASSIVE, and sold for between $575 for the silver ones up to $900 for gold-plated hubs!  Only 100 were made total.  Only 20 of these black anodized versions were ever produced, and this one is serial number 20/20 N (N indicates black finish).  (More Info)

This is a cool piece of U.S.A bicycle history.  This would be a great gift for your Phil Wood obsessed friend/lover/colleague.  Build them into your dream pista bike, or display them for all your friends to drool over.

Condition

New and never ridden, but they were built up for a display-only show bike.  They have literally zero miles and aside from just the slightest spoke marks in a few holes they're pristine.

I'm always buying high end bikes, parts, accessories, memorabilia, etc. While I'm particularly seeking large piles of new old stock parts, used items in nice condition are welcome.
