Description
These are the plastic cable end crimps/caps that came stock on countless vintage lightweight Schwinn bicycles throughout the 1960's, 1970's, and 1980's. They are a slick alternative to alloy or brass end caps that are widely available, and can be used as they are, or heat them to seal them onto the cable. They're rather impossible to find!
These were also used on some vintage Alex Moulton bikes, particularly the F frame.
*All of these catalogs came from a closed Schwinn dealer called Kings Cyclery in Casper, Wyoming that I bought out. Everything was ordered directly from the Schwinn factory.
