Item Condition

I grade products as honestly as possible and depict blemishes in both description and photos—please study them carefully. I tend to be overcritical and customers report items to be in better shape than expected often. From best condition to worst condition, my grading scale is as follows. Mint / near mint+ / near mint / excellent+ / excellent / great / very good / average / fair.

Description

Pre 1978 1A, with the old oval logo.  Perfect for your 1960's or 1970's period correct road bike restoration.

Condition

New, take off. This one was installed on a show bicycle, and shows slight insertion marks up to an inch above the minimum insertion line.  Above that, it's almost perfect.  Good enough for any show bike.

Sell / Trade / Donate

I'm always buying high end bikes, parts, accessories, memorabilia, etc. While I'm particularly seeking large piles of new old stock parts, used items in nice condition are welcome.
