This is a rare English saddle bag support, made by Brooks. It mounts to the seatstays, and supports a bag mounted to the saddle. These appear in the 1952 Brown Brothers catalog, and ran through the 1970's and maybe 1980's without any/much change.
Condition
New old stock, practically perfect.
