Description
The Shimano Sante group was released in the late 1980's and ran only for a couple years. It was a radical departure from Shimano's normal stylings, and earned the group a cult following. It was roughly placed between Dura Ace and 600/Ultegra, but is in a league of it's own. All the parts of this group are finished in flat white. The only other white group to speak of is the later suntour Ole.
This crank comes with the original specially finished Bio-Pace chainrings, with a carbon look to them. The chainring bolts are screwed in from the back, with just a pretty little button on the front side. The pedal holes do not go all the way through the back of the crank, a la Topline style. This is the only Shimano crank to ever have that feature. *you must use pedals with wrench flats with these, as you cannot access an allen bolt hole from the back*

New in box, never mounted. Practically perfect. Dust caps are still in their factory bag.
