I grade products as honestly as possible and depict blemishes in both description and photos—please study them carefully. I tend to be overcritical and customers report items to be in better shape than expected often. From best condition to worst condition, my grading scale is as follows. Mint / near mint+ / near mint / excellent+ / excellent / great / very good / average / fair.

Description
Description
EDCO of Switzerland has been in business since the early 1900's, and made the "Competition" gruppo in the 1980's. It was a very high quality group, and the bottom bracket was often used as an upgrade for Campagnolo cranks. Cosmetically the cups are pretty much Record clones. It features silky smooth sealed bearings that are considered the equal of SKF and Phil Wood bearings. There's much love for these in the old school BMX world and early mtb world as well.
These pop up in French or English threads, or the elliptical no-thread type every now and then. But they're extremely rare in Italian threads! When they do show up in Italian, they're known to go for well over $200.
Condition
New in box, never mounted. Bearings are beyond smooth.

I'm always buying high end bikes, parts, accessories, memorabilia, etc. While I'm particularly seeking large piles of new old stock parts, used items in nice condition are welcome.
