Description

These rare Croce D'Aune hubs are just like the famous 1st gen C-Record hubs, with the only differences being C-Record had recessed spoke holes and the skewers are different (this pair actually has the nicer C-Record skewers).  Croce D Aune was situated between Chorus and C Record in the hierarchy, and was only produced for 4 years.  

Condition

Rear hub/skewer are brand new and pristine. Front hub has been laced and installed on a show bike, but aside from slight spoke hole wear it's new.  Bearings feel perfect and lubricated.
