Item Condition

I grade products as honestly as possible and depict blemishes in both description and photos—please study them carefully. I tend to be overcritical and customers report items to be in better shape than expected often. From best condition to worst condition, my grading scale is as follows. Mint / near mint+ / near mint / excellent+ / excellent / great / very good / average / fair.

Description

This rare crank is identified as a 1st generation Chorus crank (vs a Chorus RS, Croce d' Aune or Athena) by it's gently curving crank arms, as well as a prominent raised flat section around the dust caps.  All others of this style had flat arm fronts and less prominent around the dustcap area.  These arms are dated 1988, with a date code 41 in a rectangle

Condition

New old stock in retail box! Never mounted, barely even removed from the box.  Very close to pristine, with only a few microscratches from shop wear if you look really closely.

Sell / Trade / Donate

I'm always buying high end bikes, parts, accessories, memorabilia, etc. While I'm particularly seeking large piles of new old stock parts, used items in nice condition are welcome.
