I grade products as honestly as possible and depict blemishes in both description and photos—please study them carefully. I tend to be overcritical and customers report items to be in better shape than expected often. From best condition to worst condition, my grading scale is as follows. Mint / near mint+ / near mint / excellent+ / excellent / great / very good / average / fair.

Description
Description
These are technically 2nd generation C-Record pedals, as the C-Record aero pedals were released two years earlier in 1984. They are differentiated from the Croce D'Aune pedals by the presence of dust caps, and from the 3rd gen c-record by their dust caps and 3rd gen having black cage plates.
This version is often considered a track pedal, but it was also marketed and sold as a road pedal. The 1987 catalog describes the aero pedals as good for those who are often pedaling on their toes (sprinters) and these square shaped pedals are good for those who pedal with the majority of their weight centered on the balls of their feet. These C180 pedals are shown in catalog images for the track groups alone, as well as both these and the aero version in the road group images.
Includes the front cage plates, mounting/toe clip bolts, and white toe straps in sealed oem bags.

I'm always buying high end bikes, parts, accessories, memorabilia, etc. While I'm particularly seeking large piles of new old stock parts, used items in nice condition are welcome.
