Description
Described as the Chameleon in Fizik marketing speak. A nice blend of the features of the Arione and Aliante. Flat like the Arione and wide in the back like the Aliante for more support. It’s light and has a lively, responsive feel. The shell flexes and the foam padding is forgiving but not squishy. Antares is wide in the rear and has a unique shape that tapers off very quickly on the sides it’s almost square and is described by Fizik as having more surface area than any other saddle. This feels great when climbing or riding more upright making the Antares a saddle ideal for someone who rides a lot on the hoods and tops of the bars.
