Item Condition
I grade products as honestly as possible and depict blemishes in both description and photos—please study them carefully. I tend to be overcritical and customers report items to be in better shape than expected often. From best condition to worst condition, my grading scale is as follows. Mint / near mint+ / near mint / excellent+ / excellent / great / very good / average / fair.

Description
Description
Lovely polished alloy quill stem, with little information around it. It has a profile very similar to a 1960's Fiamme stem. It seems to me an Italian stem—with the Italian translation of the name on the extension being "the first luxury"— and a 26.4mm bar clamp. Yet a Bike Forums thread says it was made by GB for Holdsworth, both British companies. Why would they use Italian text and clamp size if that's true?
Condition
Near mint lightly used shape. Brilliant polish to stem and chrome on hardware. There's a couple small scratches on top of the extension and a smattering of pinpoint imperfections elsewhere. Worthy of most show bikes

I'm always buying high end bikes, parts, accessories, memorabilia, etc. While I'm particularly seeking large piles of new old stock parts, used items in nice condition are welcome.
