I grade products as honestly as possible and depict blemishes in both description and photos—please study them carefully. I tend to be overcritical and customers report items to be in better shape than expected often. From best condition to worst condition, my grading scale is as follows. Mint / near mint+ / near mint / excellent+ / excellent / great / very good / average / fair.
Most orders ship within 1–5 business days via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Free shipping on qualifying orders. Refunds allowed within 30 days of receipt. 5% restocking fee applies for returns not due to Swoon Cycles' error, and for all cancelled orders to cover my card processing fee.
