Description

Lovely Super Record seatpost from the mid-late 1980's, in the small 25mm size.  This size fits in many bonded aluminum frames such as Alan, Vitus, Guerciotti.  This one has a polished upper elbow (part clamp attaches to), where a lot of them have raw metal here.

Condition

Excellent lightly used condition.  It's quite a bit nicer than it looks in the photos, the light caught all the tiny scratches and made them look worse than they are.  It looks pretty great as is, and I wouldn't hesitate to put it on anything except the nicest show bike.  It has no deep scratches or gouges, so a very light sand/polish would make this thing look good as new.  No zig zag insertion marks.  Clamp looks great.
