Description

The legendary Cobalto brakes were released in 1986 or 1987, as a replacement for the problematic Delta brakes.  They were issued with both Super Record and C-Record gruppos.  They're largely a 1983 50th anniversary Super Record brake, with the cobalto blue gemstones in the brake nuts. These gems seem to have had a gradient of color shades that vary gem to gem. Some are true blue, others have a teal tint. This set has one blue, one a bit teal.

Condition

Near mint or better condition with very low miles! SLIGHTEST bits of dirt in the deepest corners and a smattering of insignificant tiny cosmetic marks not worth noting. Pads are worn evenly and lightly. Worthy of all but pristine NOS show bikes.
