Description

Clean example of the first Record 8 speed rear hub from the early 1990's!  The freehub has 8 matching-spaced splines/ridges, meaning this is a pre-exa drive model. Current Campagnolo 8 speed cassettes just fine, as do the original early 90's cassettes. Drop a cog from the current Campagnolo 8 speed cassette to use with 7 speed drivetrains.

Condition

New old stock take off, laced but never ridden!  Absolutely show worthy.  Bearings are buttery but feel just the slightest bit tight.  Freehub feels great with hardly any cassette marks and zero cassette wear.  The only sign they've been used is the SLIGHTEST spoke hole marks.
