Item Condition

I grade products as honestly as possible and depict blemishes in both description and photos—please study them carefully. I tend to be overcritical and customers report items to be in better shape than expected often. From best condition to worst condition, my grading scale is as follows. Mint / near mint+ / near mint / excellent+ / excellent / great / very good / average / fair.

Description

Here's an oddity: A short cage mountain bike derailleur.  Why Campy made these beats me.  This one is either an Icarus or Olympus.  It more closely makes sense to be an Icarus as I don't believe they made Olympus without the black faceplate (or in short cage).  Visually it's quite similar to a few models of the Chorus 7/8 speed RD, just built to be tougher.

Conditon:

Near mint very lightly used condition, in retail box.  Pulleys and springs feel great.  Hardly a mark.  Just some light marks here and there, perfect for most show bikes.

Details:

  • Short cage
  • Model: RD-13IC
  • Campagnolo MTB Off Road (O.R.) series

I'm always buying high end bikes, parts, accessories, memorabilia, etc. While I'm particularly seeking large piles of new old stock parts, used items in nice condition are welcome.
