Description

These skewers were part of the fairly uncommon Nuovo Tipo gruppo, which was loosely associated with the (Nuovo) Gran Sport gruppo.  They came with #1052 and #1053 high flange hubsets.  They are quite similar to the Nuovo Record skewers of the same era.  The lever blades are the same but secured with a c-clip instead of a hex nut, the cam bodies are a bit slimmer in profile with a less pronounced ridge and "Patent Campagnolo" on the end, and the end nuts are completely different.  Fairly hard to find skewers!

Condition

Excellent used shape.  The cam ends have some light scuffs and scrapes, but pretty clean otherwise.
