Item Condition
I grade products as honestly as possible and depict blemishes in both description and photos—please study them carefully. I tend to be overcritical and customers report items to be in better shape than expected often. From best condition to worst condition, my grading scale is as follows. Mint / near mint+ / near mint / excellent+ / excellent / great / very good / average / fair.

Description
Description
Nuovo Record RD from the mid 1980's. This one has upgraded Dura Ace 7400 pulleys (yes not original, but smoother than the originals). It also has something odd going on with the lower spring, making the cage's unsprung position above the parallelogram. It's possible this was done on purpose to make the spring action tighter, it's also possible it was just installed wrong.
Condition:
Excellent lightly used shape, The cage and body have some light scratching. Just slight knuckle scuffs. Pulleys spin very smoothly. All hardware in great shape with only a couple minor marks. Parallelogram pivots are tight and smooth, as is the cage spring. Insides of the parallelogram are clean.
Details:
- Pat 1984
- Short cage
- Model: 1020/A

I'm always buying high end bikes, parts, accessories, memorabilia, etc. While I'm particularly seeking large piles of new old stock parts, used items in nice condition are welcome.
