Description

Campy hubs are a great starting point to build a bike around! In the 60's and 70's almost all decent bikes had these hubs, and for good reason.  They're pretty, and last forever with even less than optimal care.  This pair is in exceptional condition with very light use.  The bearings are smoother than I've ever felt in a pair of these, reminiscent of a Phil Wood hub almost!  The rear axle has been spaced to 128mm, which will work for either 126mm or 130mm steel frames without re-spacing.  You could easily take out a spacer and put it back to it's original 126mm.

Condition:

Near mint lightly used shape!  They're several grades above most examples of these hubs as far as condition.  Bearings are exceptionally smooth with fresh grease.  Very nice polish, with very few cosmetic blemishes.  Very light spoke hole wear.  Skewers look amazing, with just a tiny bit of scratching on one cam end.  Barely any of the grit that usually gathers around the corners of the lever blade and axle end handle.  Great for a show bike even!
