I grade products as honestly as possible and depict blemishes in both description and photos—please study them carefully. I tend to be overcritical and customers report items to be in better shape than expected often. From best condition to worst condition, my grading scale is as follows. Mint / near mint+ / near mint / excellent+ / excellent / great / very good / average / fair.

Description
Description
Rare clamp for the clip on version of the 1980's C-Record, Chorus, Croce D'Aune etc downtube shifters, IE the 0118074 C-Record DT shifters. By the mid 80's when this series was released the vast majority of bikes had braze on shift bosses, making this clamp on version rare. Identified via the shield logo, satiny finish, and curvy band profile at the logo vs the earlier (and MUCH more common) Nuovo Record era clamp's world script logo, pointy band, and shiny chrome finish.
Condition
Either new old stock or mint barely used shape. Show bike worthy.

I'm always buying high end bikes, parts, accessories, memorabilia, etc. While I'm particularly seeking large piles of new old stock parts, used items in nice condition are welcome.
