Item Condition
I grade products as honestly as possible and depict blemishes in both description and photos—please study them carefully. I tend to be overcritical and customers report items to be in better shape than expected often. From best condition to worst condition, my grading scale is as follows. Mint / near mint+ / near mint / excellent+ / excellent / great / very good / average / fair.

Description
Description
Exceptionally clean example of the legendary first edition of the Atom Bomb fork! The Atom Bomb released in 1998 features 75mm travel whereas the 1997 base Z.2 Bomber had 65mm. Pretty long steer tube at 223mm. Comes with original instruction manual!
Condition
Very close to pristine, VERY few miles. Almost passes for a NOS take-off until you look closely. Functionally it feels perfect. Cosmetically it's close to perfect as well. Exceptions being a small wear spot on each side's decal, top of crown polish wear, and a paint chip at the bottom/outside of the driveside leg. Original boots and fork brace are mint. Show bike worthy!
Details
- 1 1/8" threadless (223mm long)

I'm always buying high end bikes, parts, accessories, memorabilia, etc. While I'm particularly seeking large piles of new old stock parts, used items in nice condition are welcome.
