Item Condition

I grade products as honestly as possible and depict blemishes in both description and photos—please study them carefully. I tend to be overcritical and customers report items to be in better shape than expected often. From best condition to worst condition, my grading scale is as follows. Mint / near mint+ / near mint / excellent+ / excellent / great / very good / average / fair.

Description

Nice NR RD from the early 1970's!

Condition:

Excellent or better condition.  The only significant wear is scraping on top of the upper pivot bolt housing and the back of inner cage plate. The lower right and upper left knuckles have the SLIGHTEST scuffs.  Light wear elsewhere.  All hardware in great shape with only a couple minor marks.  Parallelogram pivots are tight and smooth, as is the cage spring.  Insides of the parallelogram are clean.  Not show condition but a nice looking rider.

Details:

  • Patent-1972
  • Short cage
  • Model: 1020/A

I'm always buying high end bikes, parts, accessories, memorabilia, etc. While I'm particularly seeking large piles of new old stock parts, used items in nice condition are welcome.
