Item Condition

I grade products as honestly as possible and depict blemishes in both description and photos—please study them carefully. I tend to be overcritical and customers report items to be in better shape than expected often. From best condition to worst condition, my grading scale is as follows. Mint / near mint+ / near mint / excellent+ / excellent / great / very good / average / fair.

Description

The Gran Sport group was introduced in 1951, and was the top of the line racing group until Record was introduced in 1963.  Flat lever blades (in 1973 the CPSC (consumer product safety comission) forced a change to curved levers).  These are likely 50's Gran Sport, but there's not much that differentiates Gran Sport from early Record skewers.

Condition

Very good to great condition.  Levers, end nuts, and rod are clean and mostly free of scratches, though the lever end domes are a bit scraped..  Levers operate very smoothly.  Nice looking.

Sell / Trade / Donate

I'm always buying high end bikes, parts, accessories, memorabilia, etc. While I'm particularly seeking large piles of new old stock parts, used items in nice condition are welcome.
