Unknown make, but a super cool steel water bottle cage from the 50's, 60's, or maybe very early 70's.  Great for your L'Eroica bike! Traditional braze on, will fit modern bikes.

Condition

Great shape.  Cage is straight, only a slight bit of light surface rust in the corners
