I grade products as honestly as possible and depict blemishes in both description and photos—please study them carefully. I tend to be overcritical and customers report items to be in better shape than expected often. From best condition to worst condition, my grading scale is as follows. Mint / near mint+ / near mint / excellent+ / excellent / great / very good / average / fair.

Description
Description
Specialized produced these highly regarded touring pedals in 1984 (only year?). They were manufactured by MKS, and are well suited to touring, road riding, or due to their width, mountain biking! Considered by some to be the finest touring pedals ever, thanks to their easily serviceable bearings, low weight, wide stance, and great looks.
Specialized calls these "sealed bearings", but they are actually rebuildable cup and cone bearings with a rubber o-ring to seal them. The o-ring is quite effective at keeping the grit out!
Condition
Great used shape. The bodies look nice, with only light marks. Cage plates have light anodizing wear. Bearings are smooth, but very slightly dry.

I'm always buying high end bikes, parts, accessories, memorabilia, etc. While I'm particularly seeking large piles of new old stock parts, used items in nice condition are welcome.
