Description

This is a lovely pair of old pannier bags.  They're ideal for a rear rack.  It's possible they were military issue.  Great for tweed rides, photo shoots, display, and touring.  Each bag has a flap with 5 eyelets at the top, for a variety of connection methods.  The bags can be connected by tying/strapping eyelets from one bag to the other bag, and the resulting top panel will rest on top of your rear pannier rack and the bags hanging down on each side.  Included is one strap for securing the backs to a rack.

Condition

Wonderful condition.  Unsure if they're used or not, as the leather is in really nice shape.  The only damage is a 1" tear on the front of one bag.  Straps are about perfect and supple, with just a bit of discoloring.  Canvas is mostly free of wear/damage, but has some discoloring.
