I grade products as honestly as possible and depict blemishes in both description and photos—please study them carefully. I tend to be overcritical and customers report items to be in better shape than expected often. From best condition to worst condition, my grading scale is as follows. Mint / near mint+ / near mint / excellent+ / excellent / great / very good / average / fair.

Description
Description
Top of the line levers from the 1960's and 1970's. These were also available with Balilla logos, and are often used to replace the inferior Mafac brake levers. These levers come with a new in box set of tan gum hoods!

Condition
Excellent lightly used shape. The levers are mint except for an area of scuffing near the middle of one of the lever blades. The hoods are new in box, and mint. Super supple rubber, not at all dry, cracking, or sticky. They're nice enough to bend into whatever shape you want, and they spring back to normal with no damage. They are a bit off shape from being packaged in too small of a box for 40+ years, but will not be noticeable once you install them. Remarkable shape for their age!

I'm always buying high end bikes, parts, accessories, memorabilia, etc. While I'm particularly seeking large piles of new old stock parts, used items in nice condition are welcome.
