Item Condition

I grade products as honestly as possible and depict blemishes in both description and photos—please study them carefully. I tend to be overcritical and customers report items to be in better shape than expected often. From best condition to worst condition, my grading scale is as follows. Mint / near mint+ / near mint / excellent+ / excellent / great / very good / average / fair.

Description

**More intel has identified this as a 1991 model from an Attitude, via it's serial number A08F3**

One of the most beautiful, rare, and just plain cool forks from mountain bike legends KLEIN.  This fork came stock on Klein Attitude and Klein Adroit bikes from 1990-1993 (this particular fork is from a 1991 Attitude), equipped with a one piece stem system named Mission Control 2 (MC2).  It's steerer is oversized 1.5 inch.  The color is called "Dolomite", which was the USA race team color in 1990.  The Dolomites are a mountain range in Italy.  These forks are exceedingly rare, especially in this cool Green/White/Magenta Dolomite color.

Condition:

Excellent structural condition, with good to very good paint.  NO dents, cracks, bends, gouges, etc.  The paint does not show any fading, but has it's share of scratches and other wear marks (especially on the backs of the legs).  Brake bosses, dropouts, and steerer in great shape.

Details:

  • Steerer: Oversized 1.5", 94mm long (for Small size frame)
  • Color: Team Dolomite
  • For 26" wheels
  • Serial number on dropout: A08F3
  • Year: 1991

I'm always buying high end bikes, parts, accessories, memorabilia, etc. While I'm particularly seeking large piles of new old stock parts, used items in nice condition are welcome.
