Description

This cool mountain bike flat bar and threadless stem came stock on some Cannondale mtb models in the early-mid 2000's.  The stem is a pretty cool adjustable and super strong model.  It's adjustable fore/aft by 50 degrees, and angle by 35 degrees.  (more info on this stem HERE)

The handlebar is also a Syntace VRO Utralight model.

Condition

Excellent lightly used shape.  A few minor marks here and there, but largely pretty clean and not abused.
