Description
Solid and inexpensive 9 speed XTR rear derailleur. These things shift so well that people still put them on modern bikes, and the ones on retro bikes are still going strong. They're bombproof, lightweight, and smooth shifting.
This one has a little rubber pad made by Specialized, that's designed to protect the main spring housing from impacts.
Condition
Great used condition. Pulleys spin buttery smooth with minimal wear. Pivots and springs are tight and smooth. Lots of life left. Cosmetic wear consistent with a well cared for but ridden mountain bike derailleur. Not faded, but some scratches and scrapes.
