These are the curved/concave indexing shift plates that mate to your downtube braze ons. These are for most standard diameter steel frames, where they are sized for wrapping around the downtube. Oversized steel and aluminum/carbon mostly need these flat plates.
Condition
New old stock, from Dura Ace 7400 era. Some have slight marks from being stored in bulk for years.
