Description

The BR-7403 was released in the early 1990's, and were the first Shimano dual pivot brake!  They are a blend of 8-speed BR-7400 (Campy-style barrel adjusters, pads) and 9-speed BR-7700 (dual pivot, overall styling).  They function just as well as the later 7700's.  Use these to keep your early 90's bikes period correct while still having amazing stopping power and modulation.

This particular pair has been significantly upgraded.  The mounting bolts, recessed nuts, cable cinch bolts, and pivot bolts/nuts are titanium (both stock 7403 and 7700 do not have Ti for these parts)

Condition

Very good to great used shape.  There are some cosmetic marks, but not too bad.  Original pads have 80% left.  Not quite good enough for a minty show bike, but they would look great on a rider.
