Description
This 1991 dated Turbo is from just a few years where the Turbo a bit sleeker and narrower than the 1980's. I haven't been able to find any hard data on when this narrower version was made or it's specific model, but I've seen them ranging from 1989-1991. It's covered in genuine smooth black leather, with black steel rails. It has simple white decals, creating a sleek and classic look without the flashy flag and colorful decals other Turbo versions have.
The Selle Italia Turbo is one of the most loved saddles of all time, up there with the Brooks B17 and San Marco Concor. They're gorgeously constructed with a durable leather cover, and stand the test of time.
Condition:
Excellent used shape. Leather is very clean and supple overall. The decals have just minor wear. The rear end has a few scuffed/scraped sections but they don't look too bad. Not quite NOS show condition, but good enough for most others.
