Selle Italia Signo Titanium / Carbon Saddle: 180g - Black Leather (Near Mint+)

This saddle features a unique design that pivots slightly along its lengthwise axis, The Signo's rails are conventionally anchored at the saddle's nose, although at the rear they meet the saddle base at its centre, rather than under the side 'wings' as is typical. This central union of rails and saddle base is pinned longitudinally, to allow restricted oscillation of the saddle in harmony with your pedaling motion. Therein lies the heart of the so-called 'articulated oscillating saddle base'.  These features both soak up small bumps and reduce thigh rub.

This is the premium version, with ti-tube rails and carbon.  The base version was Vanox and sans carbon.  It was marketed towards triathlon and time trial / TT, and road cyclists.  I haven't ridden one of these, but can assume it's going to feel slightly different than a standard saddle.  It may be worth trying if the dimensions are close to what you like and you want to try something a little different.

Condition

Near mint, barely ridden condition.  At first glance I thought it was NOS, then I noticed the slight dye rub (scuffs?) on the rear end's protruding points and even slighter rear corner logo rub.  Otherwise, the saddle, underside, and rails are very close to perfect.
