High end, ultralight 700c road bike tube, from Schwalbe.  Removable valve cores allow insertion of sealant for flat protection, and spare valve cores are available for sale by Schwalbe.  Every Schwalbe tube is inflated for 24 hours and inspected at the factory, which ensures you will only get a good tube.  Schwalbe is respected as one of the best tube and tire manufactures for their high performance and long lasting products.
