I grade products as honestly as possible and depict blemishes in both description and photos—please study them carefully. I tend to be overcritical and customers report items to be in better shape than expected often. From best condition to worst condition, my grading scale is as follows. Mint / near mint+ / near mint / excellent+ / excellent / great / very good / average / fair.

Description
Description
Perfect headset for your Schwinn Paramount! The top nut has a "Paramount" name logo opposite the usual Stronglight. Top end needle bearing headset from the mid 1980's! Stronglight made a later version of the A9 with sealed cartridge bearings, but this is the original. It's super light at 176g, and completely made of aluminum. Beautiful and high functioning headset.
Condition
Great used condition. Some light marks in the anodizing. Rollers and races are super smooth. A bit of wear to the top nut text.

I'm always buying high end bikes, parts, accessories, memorabilia, etc. While I'm particularly seeking large piles of new old stock parts, used items in nice condition are welcome.
