I grade products as honestly as possible and depict blemishes in both description and photos—please study them carefully. I tend to be overcritical and customers report items to be in better shape than expected often. From best condition to worst condition, my grading scale is as follows. Mint / near mint+ / near mint / excellent+ / excellent / great / very good / average / fair.

Description
Description
This is the first iteration of Shimano rapidfire shifters! They were issued from 1990 to 1993, and were part of the M730 and M732 groups. The ST-M735 Push/Pull was introduced in 1994. This is the two finger version (ST-M090 was 4 finger). They feature a function that should have never gone away, an easily adjustable reach via a screw on the back. These have gotten quite hard to source, and necessary for retro mountain bike restorations.
They were technically labeled as STI, from the road side. Rapid Fire marketing was released in later generations.
Condition
New old stock, though they've been installed on a show bike. The only wear at all is a chip at the tip of the left lever blade. Shifting feels perfect.
Details
- Rear shifter: 7 speed indexed
- Front shifter: double or triple indexed

I'm always buying high end bikes, parts, accessories, memorabilia, etc. While I'm particularly seeking large piles of new old stock parts, used items in nice condition are welcome.
