Description

Here's a rarity: A completely unfinished, unpainted Salsa quill stem!  I'm not sure how this one made it out of the Salsa productions without being painted.  Maybe it was a prototype, a display of their fillet welding, or just an employee's stem?

Condition

NOS and unpainted!  Some light surface oxidation from sitting unpainted for 20+ years.
