Description

These were some of the hottest quick release skewers in the 1990's! Introduced in 1990 and ran until about 1996.  They're not only gorgeous and ultralight at 86 grams a pair, they're secure. The 1992 catalog states over 20 factory racing teams rode them.  Killer for your 1990's retro mountain bike restoration!  Very rare in the glowing 3D Violet team color!

Condition

The original owner told me these were purchased new in package & installed on a wall hanging show bike for years, but never ridden aside from a test ride.  They have almost zero wear. The only marks to note are one end nut has two little marks on an edge, and the rear skewer has the faintest scratching on it's lever blade edge near the tip.  Zero fading.  Absolutely worthy of any show bike
